Most hospitality companies do not carry out the event themselves and are middlemen - we are no exception.  However what we do is different as we find you the best value and most appropriate hospitality for your needs.  We search the market for the best offer and then enable you to book direct with the supplier.  You don’t have any associated risks with booking with an unknown company and benifit fromimparsial advice and information while paying the best possible price.

3. We only use the best suppliers
We road test all of our suppliers and refuse to work with any who provide sub-standard quality activities, cannot provide valid insurance documentation, or are just plain miserable! Other event companies may send you wherever makes them the most money.

In many cases the best facilities and boxes at venues are bought up by event comapnies at bulk discounted prices, therefore even by calling the venue itself doesn’t always garentee the best facility at the best price.  They will only sell you what they have available and will not suggest a facility which they have already sold.  We know which are the best facilities and which company is selling them and will pass you onto book directly with them. 

4. No hidden charges
We do not charge for alterations to your booking after it has been confirmed or transaction fee for credit card payments.  We do not add any service charges or administration fees after you have booked.

5. Our clients come back year after year
We know what a mine field hospitality and events are and will always provide you with honest and helpful advice.  If we cannot offer you what you want then we will suggest where you can find it elsewhere for the best price.
